Release 3.10 – July 17, 2020

1. Subscription Plan Pricing Changes

Changes were made to our Subscription plans pricing. The new pricing plans are as follows:

  • Starter
  • Business
  • Enterprise

Starter

The Starter Plan is for users to try the Rali product. The Starter Plan includes:

  • 1 Seat. A Seat is a designated login that has access to the Rali Product Suite. Please note: Insights is not available on the Starter Plan.
  • 10 Viewers. A Viewer is can access the Rali Player to watch and interact with content.
  • All Rali Integrations. Rali Integrations include Zoom, Slack, Zapier, Vimeo and Twitch.

Business

A user can upgrade to the Business Plan to increase Seats and Viewers limits, as well as have access to additional features in the product. The Bsuiness Plan starts at $99/mth and includes:

  • 3 Seats. A Seat is a designated login that has access to the Rali Product Suite.
  • 100 Viewers. A Viewer is can access the Rali Player to watch and interact with content.
  • All Rali Integrations. Rali Integrations include Zoom, Slack, Zapier, Vimeo and Twitch.
  • Reports
  • Insights

The Business Plan also allows a user to add extra Seats and Viewers Add Ons to a monthly subscription.

  • Seats are $9 / mth / 1. Each additional seat costs $9 / mth.
  • Viewers are $45 / mth / 500. Extra Viewers can be added on in packages of 500 Viewers. Each package of 500 Viewers costs $45 / mth. The Viewer limit is reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. The Business Plan currently allows Viewer Add Ons up to 10,000 Viewers.

Enterprise

If a customer is an Enterprise customer requiring higher limits or volume pricing, they can contact Rali to discuss Custom pricing.

Billing Cycles

Rali Subscription Plans now start on the date a plan is started. The Starter Plan starts when the Account is created. The Business Plan starts when it is purchased. The Start Date is now the customer’s Billing Start Date and data is now calculated on the billing cycle.

Charges and Refunds

  1. A user can edit Add Ons at any time. If the Add Ons result in a net positive amount:
    • the user will be immediately charged for the updated charges.
    • The following monthly subscription amount will be higher.
  2. If the Add Ons result in a net negative amount:
    • the credit will be applied to the following monthly subscription bill.
    • The following monthly subscription amount will be lower.
  3. If a user downgrades from the Business Plan to the Starter Plan, the Business Plan will be valid for the remainder of the billing cycle and the Starter Plan will take in effect on the next billing cycle.

2. Custom Message for Ended Conversations

If a conversation is ended (has an End Date), when the user clicks on the Conversation URL, they see an End Message. A Manager can now add a Custom Message for Ended Conversations to give users more information or direct them appropriately.

3. Poll Multiple Choice UI Update

The Poll Multiple Choice Detail screen UI was updated.

  • New UI allows a user to see more options
  • There is instruction text to let the user know how many options are available to choose from

Bug Fixes

  1. Instagram was removed as Social Network login as Instagram no longer supports authentication.
