What does the Engagement Score mean?
The overall engagement score is on a scale of 1-100.

<60 pts | User only watches a few sec of video and does not engage. Low presence, low frequency, low activity |
~70 pts | User watches the video fully, but does not rewatch the video or comment or react. High Presence, low frequency, low activity |
~70-80 pts | User watches just a part of the video, makes short comments and reacts a lot. Medium presence, low frequency, medium activity |
~80-90 pts | User watches the full video, rewatches a few parts of the video and makes average length comments. High presence, medium frequency, medium activity |
>90 pts | User watches the full video, rewatches the video times, makes a lot of long comments, and uses attachments High presence, high frequency, high activity |
